EMDR Therapy

Gloria Lang is a Certified EMDR Therapist, focusing on altering how traumatic memories are stored in the brain, which allows individuals to process disturbing events without experiencing the intense, overwhelming emotional or physical reactions linked to them.

While originally developed for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), EMDR is effective for a wide range of mental health issues, including:
